- Payment first, no refunds are offered.
- We accept Paypal only.
- Payment must be done within 48 hours after the confirmation of your order.
- You will only receive the digital art file, not the printed art.
- We reserve the right to decline the commission order without further explanation.
- We reserve the right to adjust the pricing depending on the complexity, difficulty, or work-time of the order.
- Commission pieces are not for commercial use of any kind, you may upload them on your sites, make avatars from them, etc. but you shouldn't make money from them, use them for any kind of profit, or claim them as your own. However, if you'd like to buy full rights for your desired commission, you can contact us.
- We reserve the right to upload a commissioned piece to our galleries (your original characters or designs will be rightfully credited). If you want your piece to be completely private, just let us know in your order.
- Up to 3 minor revisions during the sketch/lineart stage will be done for free, every other revision will be charged $5.

What type of file will I receive?

- Yes, of course!How long will it take for my commission to be ready?
- It depends on the complexity and other commissions in the queue. The waiting time is mostly between 1 to 4 weeks but should not exceed 3 months. If you need it to be done for a specific date, consult it with us first.

Types of shading
What are the differences in shading we are offering?
Simple shading
Cell-shading
Typical for anime-style; using bands of colors. Transitions between colors are defined by sharp edges and the number of used colors is limited. Ideal for references and anime-styled art.
Soft cell-shading
Similar to cell-shading but some sharp edges are softened. Might be used for some anime styles. The number of used colors is again limited. Ideal for references and screenshot-like pictures.
Detailed shading
Soft-shading
More complex shading style, where more colors and gradients are used. Most of the edges are softened. Ideal for any illustration type.
Semi-realism
The deepest shading style with the most used colors and gradients. Lines are partly fused with the colors, hence they are not very visible anymore. Ideal for any illustration where you want to achieve a more realistic vibe.
