Commission Terms of Service (T.O.S)

By commissioning us, you agree to the following terms.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
Certain terms may be adjusted or customized through a mutual agreement made prior to the commission.GENERAL
- Commissions are by default for personal use only, unless monetized content or commercial rights are purchased (additional fees apply depending on the service).
- Our artwork may be used for personal display, such as profile pictures, banners, social media posts with credit, or printed for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI or NFT usage is strictly prohibited. Our work may not be used in AI datasets, generators, or minted as NFTs.
- We reserve the right to decline commissions outside our abilities or comfort zone.
- Communication is essential. If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks, we will proceed and deliver the artwork as is (applies mainly to set deadlines, especially on VGen).
- You receive 3 free revisions (during the sketch, lineart, or flat color stages). Additional revisions cost $5 each, paid before continuation. Please provide all feedback as early as possible.PAYMENTS & FEES
- All payments are upfront and in full, through the agreed platform (PayPal, DeviantArt, or VGen).
- Payments for a proposal should be made within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed, or the commission will be declined.
- A payment plan can be arranged for any order; however, only the sketch stage will be delivered until full payment is completed.
- Complexity fees (for detailed designs or multiple add-ons) range from $10–$50, depending on the service.
- Variation fees (for alternate versions such as nude/clothed options, or expression/hairstyle changes) range from $20–$50. Available for YCHs and most commission types.
- Monetized content rights can be purchased for an additional $15. This allows you to include the artwork in monetized digital content (e.g., livestreams, YouTube videos, etc.) but not to resell, reproduce, or distribute derivative digital/physical products. Credit to the artists is required.
- Full commercial rights can be purchased for +100% of the original price. This grants permission to create, promote, and sell your own products using the commissioned asset. Credit to the artists is still required.
- A Priority/Rush fee can be purchased for $25. The commission will be completed within 2 weeks and will skip the rest of the queue.REVISIONS
- Revisions are available during the sketch, lineart, and flat color stages (for color adjustments only).
- Once all stages are approved, no further changes can be made unless due to an error on our part.
- Mistakes made by us will always be corrected at no additional cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions may take up to 3 months, depending on complexity, queue size, health, or personal matters.
- Most commissions, however, are completed within 2-8 weeks.
- Progress updates will be provided via Trello and/or DMs.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- We, the artists, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
We may use the artwork to:
- Promote ourselves and our services.
- Post on social media or include it in our portfolio.
Exceptions:
If a prior agreement is made regarding the privacy of the commission, the final artwork will not be posted publicly.REFUNDS
- Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
- You may cancel your order before payment is made.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
- Result in placement on a public blacklist (with evidence).
- Allow us to resell or reuse the artwork as we see fit.COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless monetized content or commercial rights are purchased).
- Print the artwork for yourself.
- Post it on social media with proper credit to us (@Kuroguns).
You may NOT:
- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit us.
- Remove signatures or watermarks.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify the artwork without our consent.
- Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming, or other commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
- Breaking these terms may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
- The blacklist may also be shared with other artists for safety and awareness.FINAL AGREEMENT
By commissioning us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed above.

✔️ furries/antropomorphic animals
✔️ canon and original characters
✔️ anime and semirealistic art
✔️ chibies
✔️ complex backgrounds, whole sceneries
✔️ NSFW (sexual intercourse, nudity, gore...)
✔️ animals (but ask)
✔️ weapons, personal items, food, additional clothes, various details...
✔️ animated artWe WON'T draw:
❌ hateful art
❌ extreme fetishes (but ask)
❌ very detailed mecha

Your character here (YCH) commission is a special type of commission, where we prepare a pre-drawn base with a particular pose and interaction. We take mostly 3 slots per YCH for a set price.If you're interested in an original-only-your piece of art, please visit the commission section.
